I believe that understanding the wild foods and medicines that surround us is one of the most beautiful and accessible ways to connect to nature. I offer foraging and wild cooking workshops ranging from 1-hour to a full day.
We will take a walk in nature and discover the plants and trees that we can forage to eat, brew beers and wines, bake wild bread, or use to heal maladies. We can finish the walk around a campfire or with a plunge into an icy river pool and end the session feeling deeply connected to the wild world around us. This is medicine for the soul.
