Community Foraging

Foraging provides an opportunity for nature connection, for bioregional care-taking, for delicious nutrient dense foods and for the experience of wildness. These workshops for inhabitants of Eryri are designed to empower real-world healthy eating and include teachings on Honorable, sustainable harvesting, gift economics and how to use what we forage. Please check my foraging dates and contact me if you live in the Bethesda, Bangor, Llanberis, Caernarfon area, as these workshops are heavily discounted for locals.

Deep Ecology Book Club

Deep Ecology provides a framework for the development of a worldview of belonging. We will gather to study and discuss the best deep ecology books, share tea and plot of bioregional projects for transformational change.

These are drop in meetings the last Wednesday of the month. For this years book-list please contact me to join the Whatsapp group.

Community Wilderness Quest

If you inhabit the lands of Eryri, you are invited to join us for a rite of passage- up to 4-days and nights on a solo fast in nature, held in community with a period of preparation and integration together.

We are aiming to re-kindle the traditions we have lost, with meaningful initiation ceremonies, held in community.

This is a free offering.  If you are interested in joining please email me.
